Public Equity
Casimir actively manages a portfolio of public equity investments. Despite our heritage in US technology, we invest across all industries and geographies. Core holdings are selected and managed via a low turnover approach that prioritizes growth and return on invested capital. Casimir focuses on category-leading businesses with strong unit economics, sustainable barriers to entry and exemplary management teams.
Private Equity
Casimir makes direct private investments across a company’s lifecycle. Our activity has predominantly been focused on partnering with founders at an early stage to help build exceptional companies, but later stage growth equity is equally within our mandate.
Real Estate
Casimir is pursuing a diverse real estate effort. Qualified Opportunity Zone projects are pursued with our partners at Bauen Capital who have acquired over 12 properties since 2018 and whose founders have over three decades of hands-on experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development and operations. Separately, non-QOZ core, core plus, value-add and opportunistic opportunities are evaluated in-house by the Casimir team.
Investment Funds
Casimir maintains a small portfolio of limited partnership investments. We are always looking for new managers with successful track records, and we are equipped to make seed or regular way investments.
